About
This process is all about you—not me. That said, you can feel confident knowing that I bring a wealth of experience and expertise. With a First-Class degree and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, my therapies and coaching are grounded in solid scientific knowledge and research. I left the labs at Cambridge University to have a chapter at home with three children for a few years. I soon craved people contact and set up my own business. Recovering and dealing with young children established my love and need for relaxation and I haven't been without Reflexology since 2010, when I trained at The London School of Reflexology.
I trained as a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist in 2018 at NLSSM. I've always loved anatomy, with human dissection being my favourite subject within my degree at The University of Sheffield. I taught medical and dental students in dissection classes during my PhD, and now I get to use my knowledge practically to help others. I offer medical acupuncture/dry-needling, dry-cupping, IASTM and kinesiology taping within Soft Tissue Therapy sessions.
Fitness and sport have always been a part of my life, I've played most sports and am currently part of an amazing CrossFit community, run and practice yoga and pilates. I coordinate a community-run club in Ely with my friend Fliss. I'm a level 2 ECB Cricket Coach and for the past two years have coached County Age Group cricket squads. I'm a qualified yoga teacher, completing my 200-hour teacher training at Kranti Yoga, Goa. I’ve provided sports massage to professional rugby players during Saracens’ weekly recovery and rehabilitation sessions and have provided massages for many elite athletes. I regularly give workshops and presentations on tissue health, recovery and managing injuries to cricketers and school-age teenagers.
Soft Tissue Therapy is a beneficial treatment to help clients who push the limits of their body, are in pain, or moving inefficiently but I soon realised you're missing part of the puzzle if you don't address a client's movement patterns, habits and their levels of strength, stability and mobility. So I trained in Comprehensive Studio Pilates with Polestar Pilates in 2020. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2025 to further develop clients' strength, movement capabilities and form when moving.
I am a member of the Sports Therapy Association and the Complementary Health Association (ChaT), meeting their professional standards.
Whether your body is under pressure from intense training, illness, or simply the demands of everyday life, the support and knowledge I offer can help you—whether your goal is to relax, recover, or rebuild.
