Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • No-Show: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

Charges incurred due to cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at beckycu148@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
